Pain au Lait - Milk bread

Found this not too difficult recipe on some blogs and I thought why not??

It used more plain flour than the normal bread flour which results in a softer texture and less chewy...
As I read from the bloggers, this is a Japanese way of bread making, which is to use more plain than bread flour...

It was a little underbaked this time though...

While my mum is starting to complain abt my roti making (cuz still very sub-standard), I shall give myself a bit more time to fully understand the bread culture (like how I did for the cakes)...

The very last resort, will be to pay and attend classes in order to know what went wrong...
