Ingredients used, just a few.... :)
This recipe was adapted from some blogs, but I dun remember which one.
60g preferred chocolate (non-sweetened)
20g butter/margarine
25g self raising flour
1 egg
15g sugar
Some baking soda
Some nuts (chopped)
Method:
1) Melt butter/margarine with chocolate
2) Add sugar
3) Add egg
4) Add flour and chopped nuts
5) Bake in preheat oven at 170c for 8-10mins
6) Remove and cool
See...only 6 steps and you get it...
Isn't it easy?
Why don't you try it out at home...
Note:
1) If using the silver kind of baking tray, please increase time to 10-12mins
2) Amount of sugar used can be adjusted according to individual preference
3) Plain flour can be used (I'm using self-raising as I want to give it a more sphere shape)
4) Please add a little baking soda...It will reduce the acidic by chocolate...But do not over use as it will give a bitter taste
